yes very true cervantes and quirino i should add are places that can provide alternative to baguio when it comes to cold weather a schenic mauntain top the historic bessang pass and legendary tirad pass where our own hero gregorio dil pillar died. if only this two precious places can be improve and open to the outside world for tuorism surely it can create job for local people and generate income for our government. especially now that suyo cervantes road widen and cemented last march 2008 i travel that that place and amaze how wide the road is hope on my next vacation i will surely go and see again. also san emilio quirinio road if this road will emprove it can shorten travel time and give more apportunity for the inhabitance.
