CANDON CITY. Deputy Speaker Eric Singson cut the ribbon of the newly cemented road in barangay sto tomas of this city. Accompanying the Deputy Speaker were City Mayor Allen Singson,Vice Mayor Nestor Itchon and members of the Sangunian Panglungsod including the different barangay captain in the city.
