Our station DZTP Radyo Tirad Pass is celebrating its 14th year anniversary with our theme “Advocating Social Responsibility”.
In this year anniversary, were duplicating what we did in 2007 Tulong Pangmasa Outreach Program where we got to the remotest sitio’s of Santa Cruz particularly Kin Bilibil, Lingaoa and Kincoop of Salcedo. With our partners: Bannua-Moran Educational Training Center and Cabanela Early Learning Center, volunteers from the private sector and the 50th IB of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, we hiked and walked the mountainous terrain for almost five (5) hours to just to reach the place. There, we initiated the gift-giving program. We give use clothes, candies, toys, goods and other materials that can be useful to our brothers and sister in that far flung area of our province.
Because of the success of our first Tulong Pangmasa Outreach Program, we plan to do it again on November 28 and 29, 2008. We are now on the process of selecting the places where we could do this program. However, the success of this program, our program lies on you, our good donors. We are now accepting donations such as used clothes, shoes, toys and books for children and adults.
We have also our anniversary raffle draw on November 30, 2008.
