The provincial government of Ilocos sur headed by Governor Deogracias Victor Savellano successfuly celebrated the 9th TAWID AND PARTUAT in SM Mega mall in Mandaluyong City. The fashion show that show cases our very own abel iluco wa the main attraction. It also features the prominent families in the province dressing the abel iluco. Gov DV Savellano said that this is a way to promote the abel iluco nationally as well internationally.
